SHIPPING POLICY
All hanger orders take 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri 9:30 PST to 5:30 PST) to process before they are shipped. Please consider the processing time as well as the shipping time when estimating your order's time of arrival. Please see shipping time if product is custom.

You will be notified by email once your order is packaged and ready to ship. All orders are provided with a Tracking/Delivery Confirmation number. You will be notified if there are any delays in our shipping process. Please feel free to contact us if there are any concerns with your package. Our Guaranteed processing hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:30 PST to 5:30 PST.
Please take into consideration that once your order has entered our processing system we cannot alter or cancel that order. Any Changes requested for your order will have to be done after the transactions is completed by contacting our returns and refunds Department.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are proud of our Henry Hanger Home Collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your hanger purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a request for an exchange or refund within 20 days from the date of your purchase. We can only accept merchandise packed in its original packing, unaltered and unused.
We do not take any returns on Henry Hanger Home custom merchandise.
Exchange and return restocking fee
There will be a restocking fee of 10% for all exchanges and returns.
